If you enjoy problem solving, and working under pressure, this game may be for you.
So how exactly does this game work? You have 25 minutes to investigate how Top-Secret information regarding a weapons test leaked to the press. Then submit a report to detailing your findings and recommendations for OPSEC improvements to prevent it from recurring.
During gameplay, you will search four rooms for clues and evidence to aid your investigation, such as security token keys that allow you to download important documents. However, you may need to solve a puzzle before retrieving the documentation. These puzzles are not easy and will test your knowledge of countering insider threats.
Good luck with your mission, but beware, there are randomly placed penalties that may deter your investigation.

To view questions, select items marked with a magnifying glass. Correctly answering these questions earns you items and time bonuses that will assist your investigation. Incorrect answers lead to a time penalty. You will have three attempts to answer each randomized question. Failing on the third attempt will return you to the room or, in the worst case, end the game.
Additionally, selecting items marked with a magnifying glass may reveal clues for the final password or traps that delay your progress and consume valuable time.

The toolbox houses collected items you find in the game. To open it, select the toolbox button in the upper right-hand corner. To use an item stored in the toolbox, select it and then click the "Use" button. However, for some items, you may have to access specific areas of the game first.
The notepad is an important item to find during gameplay. Once found, the game will prompt you to add it to the toolbox by selecting the "Add" button. To access the notepad later, open the toolbox and select it. As you explore, you'll be prompted to copy discovered clues to the notepad, which will prove valuable in later stages of the game.

To progress in your investigation, you'll need to find the Security Token Key hidden in each room. These keys provide access to puzzles and vital documentation that can assist you. To obtain a key, you must correctly answer questions related to insider threat information and add it to the toolbox.
Move from room to room until you reach the Mitigation Zone, where you'll need to solve the last puzzle and answer questions about your investigation. Then prepare a report outlining your findings and recommendations for OPSEC enhancements to prevent future information leaks.

Indicator, I wanted to close the loop on this with you. First, I appreciate your efforts to investigate this matter within the deadline. It wasn’t easy, but you got it done. However, some of your colleagues did not support your assessment and proposed different remediation recommendations. They recommended that Debbie complete Insider Threat Awareness training immediately and attend training on Social Media Best Practices. Lastly, the Insider Threat team found that Debbie’s activity was a Security Infraction.
