While adjudicating an incident, the CAF may make a request for more information. These requests will come by way of a Request for Action or R-F-A. In this section we will discuss receiving, claiming, and completing the RFA. We’ll also discuss how to request an extension, transfer an RFA to another SMO, and receive a transferred RFA into your SMO.
