The purpose of this CSR is to request reconsideration of a subject whose eligibility was lost due to denial or revocation. As with Recertify, this CSR can be created by users with the following roles: Security Officer, Security Officer Administrator, Security Manager, Component Adjudicator, and Application Administrator.
To qualify, the Subject’s case status must be either Denied or Revoked and they cannot have an existing Open case. Also, the last determination date must be more than 365 days ago. Go to the next slide to learn how to create this CSR.
