The Recertify CSR is made to request a recertification of a Subject who lost an eligibility due to a non-adjudication event. For example, the Subject may have left a company or a program for a short period of time and then returned.

Recertify CSRs can be created by JVS users with the following roles: Security Officer, Security Officer Administrator, Security Manager, Component Adjudicator, and Application Administrator.

Recertify CSRs also cannot be created for any Subject with an Open case.

All CSR creation processes begin in the same way; from the Subject Details tab. First, click the Subject Actions menu to view it, then click the name of the CSR you wish to create. In this case, it will be CSR/Recertify.
