The initial user registration process will bind your DoD-approved PKI credential to your DISS account, turning it into your key for DISS entry.

First, as we discussed earlier, you will submit the PSSAR – DD 2962 form and the certificates of completion from the required training. Next, the Account Manager or Hierarchy Manager will create your user profile in DISS so that you can access JVS with your DoD-approved PKI credential.

The Account Manager will provide you with a User ID and Password for the initial user registration.
