Transcript Text
When clicked, the View SMO Tree link displays the hierarchical relationships of the current SMO. A red building icon indicates the current SMO. Child SMOs are listed below the current SMO, and the parent SMO is shown directly above
the current SMO. An asterisk by a child SMO indicates the user’s roles and permissions also apply to that SMO.
The SMO Tree tab allows you, as a Hierarchy Manager, to create and deactivate SMOs, as well as update office information. You may view all associated users for a SMO and manage its parental relationships. You must have the proper user
level and be within the same service or agency to establish and maintain a SMO.
View SMO Tree
Displays the current SMO, parent SMO, and any children SMOs (if more than 75 children, only the parent SMO will be visible).
