The Mass Indoctrination feature, located in the Subject control panel, allows JVS users to grant access to multiple subjects at once. To be eligible for mass indoctrination, all subjects must have an NDA on file, have no break in service, and have only one owning relationship with the user’s current SMO. Additionally, subjects must have a current security eligibility and have no other active access level. ​

To grant access to multiple subjects at once, go to the Subject control panel and click the Mass Indoctrination hyperlink. Next, in the Mass Subject Indoctrination tab, select the desired access level from the menu, then click the Submit button. Once submitted, a list of eligible subjects will appear in the Eligible Subjects block below. You may select individual subjects by checking the box to the left of the subject’s names and then clicking the Grant Access button. To indoctrinate all the subjects at once, click the Grant Access to All button. NOTE: The Grant Access to All button will only grant access to the subjects on the current page. If there are multiple pages of eligible subjects, you will need to repeat this process on each page. A list of Ineligible Subjects appears in the second block.​
