If the notification Details includes a “failed to set AUB” message, then the investigation request did not go through due to a data entry error in the Additional Request Information step. The two main causes of errors are an invalid Zip Code for the selected State, or an incorrect email typed in the Security Officer Location field. You will learn how to resolve this error in the next section of this module.
