Once submitted, investigation requests have three different expiration timers: 

The first timer gives 30 days for the Subject to register and log in to e-QIP.

After logging in, the Subject has a further 90 days to complete the e-QIP.

Once completed, both the SMO and VRO have another 90 days to review the Industry request. ​

NOTE: Requests will automatically close (expire) at the end of each time period unless action is taken!
