As you move through the Investigation Request wizard, be sure to click the Save button before continuing to the next step. This way, you can exit and return to your saved work later. Each time you click Save you’ll receive a pop-up confirmation message in the top right corner of your screen. You can use the Back button to return to previous steps but be sure to save first or you will lose all data entered on the current step.

To exit the wizard, click the little X button on the Investigation Request Tab. The next time you return to the investigation wizard, all your saved information will be viewable.

Using the Wizard Save Function

You should click the Save button when you complete each Investigation Request wizard step.
A confirmation pop-up will appear.
Click Save before you click the Back button to return to a previous step.
To exit the wizard at any time, click the x button by the Investigation Request tab.
You can view saved information if you return to the wizard later.
