DoD CAF adjudicates most favorable suitability, HSPD-12, and fitness determinations. Cases with issues that the DoD CAF is unable to mitigate or cases that are lacking the minimum scoping requirements are transferred to the requesting JVS component through a Request for Action, or RFA. The RFA requires a local adjudicative decision by the Component Adjudicator. Transferred RFA cases will appear in your Task Inbox on the Unassigned Tasks sub-tab. Double-click on a case in the Active Tasks Unassigned panel to open the task and view its details. ​
