Start by clicking the View SMO Visits link in the SMO control panel. The SMO Visits tab appears in the viewing window. By default, the SMO Visit Search Criteria is set to display active hosting SMO visits for a two-year period (one year in the past and one year in the future). Search results are displayed below in the SMO Visits panel. Except for the CET and Application Administrator roles, if you are part of a SMO that does not have an owning or servicing relationship with that subject, then you cannot view the subject on the visit.
