If you wish to archive a canceled visit, on the Visit Details tab, click the “Visit Actions” drop-down menu and select the Archive Visit option. A pop-up window titled “Complete Visit” opens. Select “Yes” to complete the visit or select “No” to cancel. The status of the visit changes to “Archived/Completed” and a confirmation message appears.
Archive Visit—Canceled Visits Only
To archive a visit:
On the Visit Details tab, the visit status will change to Archived/Completed.
