If you chose the “Current SMO” option in Step 1 and click Next, you will proceed directly to Step 2: SMO Location. The Select Location section provides three options used to further define the SMO location. We will explore each option beginning with Existing SMO Location, which is selected by default. The Visit Location section below lists existing SMO locations for the current SMO. Select a location from the list by clicking on it. Click the Next button to proceed to Step 3: Visit Information.

Before we discuss the Visit Information step, we are going to show you how to select a Temporary Visit Location on the next slide.

Create SMO Visit

Current SMO – Existing SMO Location

In Step 1 in the Select a SMO section, select Current SMO.
Click the Next button.

Step 2: SMO Location>Select Location provides several Select Location options:

Existing SMO Location (default selection)
Temporary Visit Location
No Location

Select Existing SMO Location.
In the Existing SMO Locations table, click an existing SMO location to select it in yellow.
Click Next to continue.
