The Periodic Reinvestigation report output contains the following fields:

• SUBJECT NAME​.
• SUBJECT SSN​.
• ELIGIBILITY – The subject’s eligibility level
  
• INVESTIGATION – The primary investigation associated with the subject’s most recently adjudicated (closed) case. ​
• OWNING SMO – The name of the SMO with an Owning relationship to the subject. ​
• PR DUE DATE – The date the periodic reinvestigation is due. This is the investigation closed date plus 10 years for Secret clearance and 5 years for Top Secret clearance. NOTE: Reporting functions are based on policy at the time of development of DISS. Reinvestigation for Top Secret Clearance has been increased to every 6 years instead of 5 years.
• PR DAYS – The number of days since or until the next Periodic Reinvestigation due date. ​
• RELATIONSHIP – Indicates whether the SMO where you are provisioned has an Owning or Servicing relationship with the subject.​
• LAST INVESTIGATION CLOSE DATE – The close date for the primary investigation associated with the subject’s most recently adjudicated (closed) case.​
• CE DEFERMENT – The reason code for Continuous Evaluation deferment. ​
• CE DEFERRED DATE – The Continuous Evaluation deferment date. ​
• HIGHEST ACCESS – The subject’s highest security access level.​
