What if I cannot print or am unable to save my course completion certificate

The Microsoft Snipping Tool can be used to take a screenshot of the certificate. Use the screenshot of the certificate as your certificate of completion

What if I passed the exam but cannot generate the certificate for printing?

The Microsoft Snipping Tool can be used to take a screenshot of the passing score web page for the exam. Use the screenshot of the score as your proof of completion for your supervisor or training coordinator. After taking a screenshot of your score, continue through to the end-of-training survey

What if I need a reasonable accommodation to take a course or test?

CDSE is committed to the full inclusion of students with disabilities.
